Stage Setup & Technical Needs

Stage Setup for Live Performances
For our live performances, we follow a carefully planned stage layout to ensure smooth coordination between musicians, sound engineers, and event crew. The setup is designed to balance both melodic and percussive elements while maintaining visual symmetry and technical clarity.

Stage Left (Melodic Zone)
- Keyboard Stand with integrated laptop stand for digital control and playback
- Bar Stool for seated performance comfort
- DI Box, power supply, and monitor for real-time sound feedback
- SM58 Mic + Stand with 3.5mm jack for vocal or flute amplification
- Flute Placement with easy access for transitions
- Additional bar stool for alternate melodic performer or guest artist
Stage Right (Percussion & String Zone)
- Handsonic (electronic percussion) on a dedicated stand
- DI Box, power supply, and monitor for percussionist’s mix
- Sitar setup with AKG C411 pickup for clean acoustic capture
- Additional DI Box, power supply, and monitor for backup or secondary instrument
General Notes
- Upstage is reserved for equipment and cable management
- Downstage remains clear for audience interaction and visual focus
- All instruments and mics are pre-routed to the mixer for quick line checks
- Monitors are positioned for optimal feedback without audio spill
This layout ensures that every performer has the space, sound, and support they need to deliver a seamless and soulful experience. Whether it’s a classical recital or a fusion set, this setup adapts beautifully to the mood and flow of the performance.
